Wrapping Up Two Back-to-Back Pop-Up Shops

Last week was incredibly eventful as I participated in two holiday pop-up shops. It was a whirlwind of planning and preparation, but I’m thrilled to share how everything went!

HerHub Holiday Pop-Up

The HerHub holiday pop-up was such a wonderful event. Being my first time participating, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it couldn’t have gone any better. The only thing I’ll change next time is to bring my wagon! The Satrangi event space, specializing in Indian clothing, jewelry, and handicrafts, was fantastic. My setup turned out great, and I felt confident about how everything looked. It was wonderful to connect with other HerHub members and learn more about their offerings. The community-focused atmosphere was truly enjoyable, and I look forward to participating again next year. You can find photos of the event on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Toledo Holiday Night Market

The Toledo Holiday Night Market also went well, though I did have some trouble finding the right orientation for my furniture. Thankfully, I had plenty of time, and it all came together just fine. I did better this year than last, but I feel like this market might not be the right fit for my business. The foot traffic is great, but the crowd doesn’t seem to align with my target demographic. I might pass on this market next year, but I’m open to trying again in the future.

Looking Ahead

I’m really excited about documenting this whole process for the YouTube channel. The first part of the behind-the-scenes video is already posted, and I’m starting to feel more comfortable filming this type of content.
